Less is more. How do we get more out of ministry when we’re working with less time, money, and resources. Over the years of working with less, I’ve tried to find efficient solutions applying the old adage of “work smarter, not harder.”
I make no claims to be an expert, and there’s a chance none of this information will be applicable to your ministry, but I want to make my ministry “open source”… a free flow of information from our student ministry in the East Twin Cities, both from our own creative process and what we’ve found across the nation.
