Shrek Forever After

We saw the new Shrek this past weekend in 3D at the IMAX theater in Roseville.  It was a decent movie in the same vein as the last 3… worth a visit to the theater.  The real question is whether or not to spend the extra cash to see it in 3D.  It is done well enough like most digitally animated movies as of late, but falls short of the excellence of Up and How to Train Your Dragon.  To me the verdict is 50/50, so the RE3D METER says, “Pay the 3D if you’re a 3D addict… otherwise just watch the normal version.”
